Welcome! The UCA STEM Institute focuses on professional development and outreach to STEM teachers and students throughout central Arkansas. The Institute offers a variety of programs and resources throughout the year. Information on resources and projects can be found using the menu above.
Hours of availability
The STEM Institute office (Old Main 212) is open Tuesday and Thursday 8 am – 4 pm. The office is usually open on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well. However, we cannot guarantee availability on these days, so please call ahead to confirm. You can always schedule an appointment to visit by contacting us at ucasteminstitute@uca.edu or (501) 45-3426.
If you need immediate assistance and no one is available in the Old Main office, you can call the UCA Math Department at (501) 450-3147.
STEM Day 2026
The STEM Institute is organizing STEM Day for May 7, 2026. Any 4th grade class is invited to attend, and 3rd grade classes will be invited if space permits. For more information, and to register classes, visit our STEM Day page.
